Smit Lamnalco has an opening for an:
Part-time Law student (12 – 16 hours per week)
with a hands-on mentality, interested in working in an international environment on international corporate matters. In this role you are a member of the Group Legal Department, working closely with the Treasury Department, assisting with managing and updating international bank mandates across multiple international and local foreign banks for multiple foreign entities. This includes drafting and negotiating board resolutions, required Know Your Client documents and collecting the required information. This requires, amongst others, the ability to independently process legal corporate documents including legalizations.
Job DescriptionThis is a temporary role for a period of 4-6 months and a great opportunity for an advanced student to gain (further) work experience in an international environment.
Job RequirementsYour profile:
The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the English language (both oral and in writing), good communication skills and experience with project management techniques.
Further to this you are accurate and proactive, able to set priorities, self-starting and energetic.
